The first event I ever shot was a celebrity gifting suite for the Golden Globes. I ran out to buy a flash the morning of because I thought I might need one after watching a few YouTube videos on how to shoot events. Cut to a few months later and a number of events under my belt and I was asked to be the head photographer of the company throwing the events.
